Our extensive core of engineers is comprised of engineers from various disciplines such as mechanical, chemical, and of course, material and ceramic engineers. Through this diversification, MTC Alberox engineers are willing and able to interface with our customers on a wide variety of applications. MTC Alberox prides itself on it's applications engineering expertise and has a history of working closely, in partnership with our customers.
A typical project would unfold as follows:
An enquiry would come to MTC Alberox through our applications engineer, who will qualify and collect any project data available, such as design sketches, application specifications and special requirements. At this point, a design meeting will be arranged either by phone or at MTC Alberox or at the potential customer’s premises. At this meeting, MTC Alberox engineers, from business unit managers to product or process engineers, will listen to the customer's engineers and ultimately determine the most efficient, cost-effective solution to their ceramic-metal needs. Once a design is established MTC Alberox, will often produce prototype quantities for customer evaluation and after the design is proved out, move on to higher volume, production quantities.
With this type of engineer-to-engineer approach, MTC Alberox is continually providing long term, quality solutions to the Aerospace, Telecommunications, Laser, Electrical/Power, Medical Implant and Medical X-Ray markets.
