Alberox produces a variety of power feedthrus for laser tube applications. Designed to provide superior reliability and durability, these components feature Alberox's innovative ceramic-to-metal seal assembly technology. Employing its application engineering expertise, Alberox custom manufactures the power feedthrus to meet the specific needs of the laser market.

Power feedthrus are constructed from a variety of metal components and a high purity 95% Alumina (Al203) ceramic insulator. Offering higher reliability, these materials are not only mechanically strong but also have a high dielectric strength. Designed with flexibility in mind, the feedthrus are available in the CT-series of standard sizes from 0.250 to 0.625 inches. Higher-level brazed assemblies are also available, offering a more complete component.

Featuring robust designs, the feedthrus are manufactured using high temperature brazed materials that can withstand temperatures of 960°C and above, enabling the component to reliably survive subsequent brazing operations. Also, all feedthrus are 100% leak-tested with helium, ensuring reliability and an exceptional seal. These innovations allow for the longer life of power feedthru components and contribute to the application-specific benefits of ceramic-to-metal assemblies.
