Utilizing its application engineering expertise, MTC Alberox custom manufactures these feedthroughs to meet the specific needs of the medical implant market.

Designed with flexibility in mind for custom applications, MTC Alberox's implantable feedthroughs are constructed from a variety of biocompatible metal components, superior high purity Alumina (Al203) insulators and pure gold braze. We also offer synthetic rubies and sapphires as insulators.

We specialize in placing multiple leads in a single ceramic to minimize the feedthrough footprint in the device. This ceramic-to-metal design allows for cost competitive manufacturing through a repeatable validated manufacturing process. Our vertically integrated facility gives us complete control over the entire feedthrough manufacturing process from ceramic powder through final testing. For increased customer satisfaction, all implantable feedthroughs are 100% traceable for both process and components, and are produced in our ISO 13485 certified facility.

X-Ray/CT Scanning

MTC Alberox produces a family of medical x-ray components, from anodes and cathodes to getter assemblies. Designed to provide superior reliability and durability, these components feature MTC Alberox's innovative ceramic-to-metal seal assembly technology. Utilizing its application engineering expertise, MTC Alberox custom manufactures these components to meet the specific needs of the medical X-Ray market.

Designed with flexibility in mind for custom applications, MTC Alberox's medical x-ray family is constructed from a variety of metal components and high purity Alumina (Al203) ceramic. This ceramic-to-metal design allows for cost competitive manufacturing through a consistent repeatable manufacturing process. The design flexibility, along with the availability of upper level builds, produces components to the customer's specification at a lower total cost.

For increased reliability, MTC Alberox's medical x-ray components feature robust designs that reduce the risk of hermetic leakers.
