MTC Alberox offers a full line of traditional high voltage ceramic bushings up to 50kv AC average flashover. Our brazed ceramic-to-metal construction provides superior reliability and durability, and all bushings are 100% mass spectrometer leak tested using helium.
These bushings feature our A-950 Alumina ceramic coated with glaze to provide for better cleanliness, appearance and high surface resistivity. Caps and flanges are 42% Nickel-Iron with a fused Silver finish ideal for soft soldering. A re-flowed tin plated finish is also available. For welding or brazing attachment, a Nickel-plated finish will be provided.
Simple modifications of these standard designs, such as stud size, thread size or stud material, addition of a conductor, or addition of a custom designed mounting flange is easily accommodated.
