Ceramic Materials
MTC Alberox offers a variety of Alumina ceramic and manufactures its own A950 ceramic. Precise matching of our own ceramic and proprietary metalizing ensures high quality, reliable ceramic to metal seals.
With a knowledge base that spans a wide variety of different materials, the application engineers at MTC Alberox understand how to use high alumina ceramics so that the end product is highly capable and effective.
MTC Alberox application engineers combine extensive experience of working with high alumina ceramics with a dedication to finding innovative product solutions for use within extreme environments. Working with such a variety of high alumina ceramic materials allows our engineers to collaborate with customers in the development and manufacture of products that meet precise specifications, whether these products are intended for the medical, aerospace or industrial spheres.
We control every aspect of our manufacturing process; from sourcing the raw ceramic powder to the production phase our customers can be confident that not only will their seals or assemblies be fully tested and effective, but will also offer complete material traceability.
With over 100 years of experience working in the field of ceramic to metal assemblies and seals, we have the knowledge and practical understanding of how to utilise high alumina ceramic materials to their greatest effect.
